Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation within 14 days from date of purchase will incur a cancellation / admin / processing fee of 50% or $10.00 fee whichever amount is higher from total amount paid.
** Customized Banner - 100% cancellation fee at all time.

Customer can consider to postpone order to alternate pickup or delivery date (up to 1 month extension). Customer needs to inform us by email at least 3 days in advanced before delivery or pickup date, otherwise, 100% penalty for cancellation or chargers will be applied.

** Cancellation & Postpone Due to Circuit Breaker **

In view of current outbreak of Covid-19 Virus and restriction of activities, some customer may want to cancel or postpone their order.

Our terms and conditions for this situation on Circuit Breaker as follows:

Cancellation:

We allow cancellation of order giving 3 days notice via email. Customer will be issued with credit note valid for 1 year in form of Gift Certificate. Customer will be inform by phone call or via email on the steps of redeem and using Gift Certificate.
Any request less than 3 days incurr 100% cancellation fee.

Postpone:

We allow postpone of order giving 3 days notice via email. Customer can postpone to another date and to be used within 1 year period.  Any request less than 3 days incurr 100% cancellation fee.

All request for cancellation or postpone must be requested via email indicating your order number and reasons. Request considered valid only with approval email from our company.

Equipment Rental

Our company and personnel will not be liable for all malfunction of equipment rental.
Equipment such as helium gas tank, electronic balloon pump and confetti cannon launcher.
