Upgrade All: 40 balloons you get 8 Balloon Bouquets > Add 8 upgrade > $5.00 x 8 = $40.00 extra for upgrade.

Partial Upgrade: Use 10 balloons and you get 2 Balloon Bouquets > Add 2 upgrade > $5.00 x 2 = $10.00 extra for upgrade.
